WELCOME TO PATSY MAY

After a recent computer problem which corrupted the shop programme, I have been unable to update the website with the new stock as promised.  I have now learnt my lesson and will be backing up more often, having had to go back to a July version and repeat lots of work done before and re-scanning lots of stock items.  So hopefully, at last, after a months hard work everything is back up and running with even more great items than before.

Normally orders which are received and paid for before 4 pm are posted first class the same day.  The exception to this is when we are away at a show and dates for these can be found in the Events section. On these occasions the orders will be dealt with on our return on the Monday after the show

Only £1.00 Shipping on ALL orders for UK mainland.

This is only necessary if you can not see the categories at the left hand side of the screen or the navigation buttons at the top of the screen.  You do not have to alter anything if you can see them.

1. If the Navigation Buttons do not appear at the top and side of the page, or if there is no Shopping Basket,  this is due to your Security Settings being too high. To reduce the settings, go to Tools - top right, down to Internet Options, pick Security and move the level to Medium/High. Click OK and go back to the web page and refresh. The buttons will now appear.

2. If you can't see the full page across the screen, try adjusting your screen resolution.  To do this go to Control Panel, Display and Settings, and move the slider bar up a little, until you can see the full page on the screen.

3. If pictures don't appear when you try to zoom in on an item this could be down to your pop-up stopper. Turn off your pop-up stopper as a temporary measure to see if this helps.  To do this, it is Tools, Privacy and turn off by un-ticking the box. If this works, you can go into Settings and allow pop-ups for particular sites only.

If this does not solve your problem please email or telephone me for help.   I do apologise to anyone who is having difficulties and assure you that I will do my best to help you whatever the problem.
