This is a fine white powder which becomes sticky when heated.  Stamp your image in the usual way, sprinkle with the "Foil & Flocking Powder" shake off the excess and heat lightly from underneath the card.  It will turn clear and be sticky to the touch.  Cover the image with foil (rubbing gently over the image) , glitter, flocking, fine beads, spices, sand, coffee grounds, or dry pigment powder such as Pearl-Ex.  Finish by "curing" the powder with generous heat when the image has been completely covered.

The jar contains approx 5 grams of powder.  Very little is used - so it does go a long way.

This is an example of a stamped dog covered in beige flocking.  Then just pick out nose and tongue with felt tip pens. A picture does not show the effect well enough - feeling is believing.
