Post & Packing
Where possible items are sent by First Class post and the price is calculated by weight as items are added to the basket. Packages under 1kg will obviously be cheaper sent by First Class post as the Parcel Post rate is anything up to 1kg. After 1Kg you can choose which postal rate you prefer at time of checkout. By clicking on the button it will show the price for First Class or Parcel Post. If the parcel should be more than 4kg - it will only be sent by Parcel Post. Foiling Machines are usually sent by courier and you will be informed which courier it will be and given a tracking number. This service is however, only available for UK mainland. If you are outside the UK mainland or you require next day delivery please email for pricing before ordering.
Payment
We have a minimum order of £5.00 including the postage costs. Our terms are payment before posting on all orders. You can pay by Paypal, Credit/debit card, or by sending a cheque or postal order. In some cases we may insist on Paypal payment only. This is at our discretion. Once payment has been received we endeavour to post the same day for orders received before 4pm. You will receive an automatic response that your order has been received and this will be followed up later by a confirmation e-mail telling you when your order will be posted. The only time this is not possible is when we are away at a show and you can check this by going to the Events section of the website. If we are away your order will be posted first class on the following Monday when we return.
Returns
We hope there will be no need to return goods, but should there be a problem with anything you receive, please email in the first intstance, to discuss the matter. This must be within 14 days of receipt of your goods. If you have changed your mind about an item you have purchased and wish to return it, we will refund the price of the goods minus our postage costs. Goods are returned at your own cost. If an item appears to be faulty we will pay all costs once the fault has been confirmed on it's return.
